All the prices in our website are displayed in Euros (€) and 22% italian VAT included. For orders from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay will not include italian VAT (it will be deducted at the checkout, before completing your payment). Taxes and import fees if applicable may have to be payed in your own country.


We accept credit card payments from American Express, Mastercard, Visa through Paypal. You can also pay with your Paypal account but you don’t need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card. We accept also direct bank transfer. In this case remember to use your Order ID as the payment reference. To make the process faster, kindly let us know when you are done with the payment; it’d be perfect if you could tell us the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Your order won’t be shipped until the funds (net of all bank charges) have cleared in our account.




Soffio ships all over the world its orders via DHL and tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. Current shipping charges are listed below:

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated during the checkout.


Your order will be dispatched in 1/2 working days. As general rule, DHL will take 24/48 hours to ship in the EU zone (plus main international cities) and 3/5 days for all other destinations.

Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible without the possibility to cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact immediately our customer service and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that if you are shopping internationally, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes which vary country to country. To determine these charges please contact your customs office. For delivery in Russia please contact us preventively.




We recommend placing your orders as soon as possible to make sure to your package to arrive in time. DHL usually takes 1-3 days to main international cities. Orders placed before December 17th, 11 AM should have time enough to arrive. Please be aware that there can be delays in customs or with the delivery.




Here at Soffio we pride ourselves on making products of the highest quality materials with attention to detail. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you have full return right within 14 days after receiving the product, given that the product is unused and in the original conditions (with proof of purchase and the original packaging). To have your return authorized and all the information you need, please email us here.


Once the products are returned we will control them. You understand that if we receive a used product we will not be able to accept the return and give you a refund (it will be sent back to you at your expense). If you already used it and you think it’s not quite right for you it could be a good idea trying to pass it on or sell it to a friend (we are sure it will be a much more than a welcome gift).


Returned goods can be refunded for the original price or exchanged for a store credit. We will refund you the original purchase price, in the same manner as the original payment was made, as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that is unused and in the original conditions as described above.


We recommend you to ship the package by insured and traceable mail. Unfortunately if the parcel gets lost or stolen during the shipment we won’t be able to refund or give you a store credit.


Return shipping costs and import fees (duties, taxes and other expenses) will be deducted from the original payment. Please note that the returns from outside the EU that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender.


Goods on sale can not be returned or replaced.

Scratches, scars, insect bites, marks, wrinkles are distinctive symbols cannot be considered as defects.


Unfortunately for the moment we cannot directly exchange good. In the case you would like a different product you will have to return your good and place a new order. Please note that our products are made on natural material. Some corresponding inequalities of material and color are possible and are not to be deemed as defects. As with any handmade product there are slight and unique variations in each of our goods. Furthermore please be advised that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

For our leather goods, we recommend simply to apply a soft cloth or rag to the surface of the leather in a gently circular action.




In Soffio, each person work every day to assure long-lasting and easy-to-repair products. In the remote case the goods are defective or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll evaluate the defect and try to help you. In order to solve the problem as soon as possible, we suggest you to explain clearly the reason of your claim and send us an high quality picture eventually. We will only accept defective products at our discretion.

If you receive a package from us that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and let us know by email immediately.

We offer a 6 months warranty to all our products excluding the ones damaged by wear and tear or incorrect usage. A repair assistance will be in any case guarantees by Soffio if something breaks outside the 6 months warranty, simply contacting us. We’ll find a solution and/or we’ll give you a quote for the estimated cost and shipping, remembering sometime all you need it’s just a simple and easy repair by a local leather repair shop, in order to save unnecessary transportation and create no wastage.
